Locally available

This release adds local printing (aka Privet) #35. This means that clients can print to the connector directly, instead of through the cloud. Please send your feedback; it took a lot of work, so probably has some bugs. In a future release, cloud printing will be made optional (currently, local is optional, but cloud is always-on).

Also, the long-overdue XMPP bug #3 has been fixed. I feel badly for having waited so long on this one.

Improve stability

This release adds number-up, aka pages-per-sheet, as a feature. Most other changes are bug fixes, and prep for local printing.

This release adds SNMP, and also fixes lots of smaller issues. New bugs are expected; don't hesitate to open an issue.

2015.03.04: Improve user communication

Fill in TODO in README to reflect GitHub address. Add consistent
product+version report to stdout on all tools. Connector gets
stdout and glog.
