.Net Framwork 4.0 support

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Using RoundhousE on a machine with only .Net Framework 4.0 installed

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?


What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.8.5.0 on Windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.

This issue can be of course worked around by installing Framework 3.5, but to 
install version 3.5 solely for RoundhousE is a bit frustrating.

I agree we need to offer a .net 4.0 version as well. It was my original 
intention to just cut over to .NET 4.0.  It appears we may need to offer both 
for a little while though.

Any news on this issue? We would really love to have roundhouse running on a 
.NET 4.0 box.
