One cannot click place order twice but there was a duplicate order anyway.

Need to look into more ways to mitigate.

gem responded "Nope - I had some trouble with the order apparently not going thru the first time.
I only wanted one order with 2 tacos.
Thanks for asking!"

there is a duplicate order from Gem Kosan
