Provider: Add CLI command to Gasless Swap GLM on GolemSP

Providers are this kind of user which ends up with GLM tokens on their Yagna Wallet but no Native Tokens to do anything with them. That creates unnecessary friction for the User if He want to move out the funds or became Requestor.

In the past we tried to introduce gasless methods of moving the funds but they were not efficient as:

• Golem Factory had to subsidize the transfer
• Golem Factory had to maintain the infrastructure for the transfer to happen

We want to introduce external provider for gasless swaps (0x) so that User/Provider can easily swap some of their GLM tokens into Native ones without interaction with Golem Factory.

Acceptance Criteria:

• User can Invoke 0x Gasless Swap of Golem via GolemSP
• User can define amount of GLM to swap
• User can define if he wants to swap into Matic (Polygon) or ETH (Ethereum)
