What:
Implement new Goth test:
source

Description: Start a requestor that executes tasks that may fail deterministically (e.g. one attempt in three always fails) due to error in ExeScript
Expected behaviour: Make sure that failed tasks are re-computed by the requestor using different providers
Gothability: low effort, low risk: provided that we already have an exe script likes this prepared

Proposal: mock task fails for 1 out of 2 providers
