Why:

  • tokio is now 1.6 and we are using 0.2 still
  • actix_http and many others need to be upgraded
  • if we will postpone this upgrade we will have hard time upgrading to actix 0.12 once (not far from now on)

What:

  • uprade dep in yagna itself
  • ya-service-bus bump also
  • ya-client (? to be verified)

  • ya-runtime-vm
  • ya-runtime-sdk
