Golemwz.toml configuration file does not apply changes to wizard

According to instruction on github first boot configuration file that exists on a specified partition should apply the settings for the wizard (which includes wallet address)
After flashing a drive with the GPU image and accessing and changing settings appropriately with unhashing term acceptance and unhashing and providing wallet address (example pic below)

It does not affect the wizard in any way, neither accepting terms not pasting the wallet address in the specified field.

The file name on the partition is golemwz_example.toml so I thought that may be the issue as it is showed in the instruction as golemwz.toml
Unfortunately even with the change of the name to golemwz.toml (in both cases of before and after the first attempt of installation) the file doesn't seem to be read by wizard in any way (neither accepting the terms and conditions nor applying the provided wallet address)
