The FAQ should include basic information like:

  • who we are
  • why we do this
  • what is foss
  • how to install
  • how to join

On the other hand, the troubleshooting guide should be pretty detailed and structured into categories and sub-categories like: hardware > audio. Each problem page should have a problem description, solution, explanation, further reading and, probably, a comment section.
