New Theme: Coder

I'm shipping it with a exampleSite, but you can see the theme in action here.

Just a little note: The "theme master" @digitalcraftsman is in the middle of a busy exam period now but will review this and the other new themes soon.

first of all thanks for sharing your theme with us.

I've tested Coder with the build script for our theme site and noticed a smaller issues:

• the link to the posts in the main menu opens the 404 page because the content files are stored under the post folder. Just change posts to post in the config file
• the homepage you linked in the theme.toml file also points to a 404 page
• please use http(s)://www.example.com as base url in the [example config]
  (https://github.com/luizdepra/hugo-coder/blob/master/exampleSite/config.toml#L1). A few year's ago a spammer registered an unused base url (read here for more information: A spammer has registered "replace-this-with-your-hugo-site.com" hugo#2575).

About the first problem, I have misconfigured the posts archetype in the theme and example. It should work fine now.
