Godot version: v3.2.2.stable.official

OS/device including version: Windows 10 Home 10.0.18363 Build 18363

Issue description: Pressing the delete key when viewing a remote scene will attempt to delete any node selected in the local scene

Steps to reproduce: Open a scene and select a node in the local tab then run the game and switch to the remote tab in the godot editor, then press the delete key

Hmmm... This wouldn't by any chance be linked to issues about input propagation like #36205, #38922, #37807 and #37054?

I attempted a fix in #39039, maybe download that and give it a try? I'm on mobile now so I might be able to test reproduction and if that pr fixes it later.
