carpenter should use the webpack version of the package its building

in https://github.com/godaddy/carpenterd/blob/master/lib/constructor/workers/webpack.js#L108 should be loading the version of webpack used in the package.json of the app/package that is being built to prevent possible errors due to minor changes in webpack
