Saving access plan causes an unsaved changes prompt on refresh

Reproduction Steps

1. Update the price of an access plan in a course but make no other changes the Course
2. Click "Save" under access plans
3. Refresh the page

Expected Behavior

Saves the access plan, updates the display of the Pricing table block with the new price, but refreshing the page doesn't show an alert about unsaved changes.

Actual Behavior

Refreshing the page shows an unsaved changes alert.

This issue has been recreated:

• Locally
• On a staging site
• On a production website
• With only LifterLMS and a default theme
