Error when dispatch o job using delay #6

When set o job to be executed with delay option it raises the following error:

{"error":"DateInterval::__construct(): Unknown or bad format (PT2024-12-02 16:25:17S)"}

This is how I'm creating the job:

dispatch(
    (new ExpirarSolicitacao($solicitacao->get('uid')))
        ->delay(Carbon::now()->addMinutes(10))
);
