Internationalizing this extension by adding English and German locales:
See https://developer.chrome.com/webstore/i18n, https://docs.angularjs.org/guide/i18n and https://docs.angularjs.org/api/ng/filter/date.
Check the last two references for adjusting the date and time notation on the overview page.
