Gno incubator with security audit grant

Optimism recently allocated a grant to Trail of Bits to provide security audits to teams building on Optimism.

@moul proposes down the line having an incubator for Gno ecosystem builders, and we could include in this a grant for a security firm to provide a third-party audit.
