We'll need on-chain project management eventually. For now, we could bootstrap work on the Evaluation DAO (#407) and Governance module (#409) by building a solid project management suite. Other modules could then use this suite to focus on their specific challenges.

If done as a preliminary step for Evaluation DAO or Governance module, it will then be counted for phase 1 of #390.

This could be a great opportunity to experiment with #701, such as implementing a GitHub bot, while showcasing interoperability with Web2.

Dework looks very promising, I wonder if we could get them to accept Cosmos/IBC native tokens? Seems they work with Metamask / Gnosis Safe / Phantom wallets.

Zenhub also look promising: https://www.zenhub.com/

👍 Although it was on their roadmap at some point, we still need a simple on-chain solution. Not only can we draw inspiration from them, but we can also consider future interoperability with their technology.

I've had a great experience with Linear - it's what teams should be using on their day-to-day. It's a paid service though, and private (invite only).

I've also (sadly) had experience with YouTrack, which is probably one of the clunkiest issue tracking tools I've ever seen used in the industry 😕

I worked in the past with several project management tools too complex to be mentioned here (like JIRA). The one I liked the most was GitHub projects. It is nicely integrated with GitHub issues and is easy to use. I worked with it as a Kanban board or as a table, depending on what kind of view you need. You can see an example here: https://github.com/features/issues
