Maybe. I don't personally like /3ds/data. I'll think about it. Later.

EDIT: Actually, I might use /luma . It doesn't hurt, I suppose. Thanks, @pbanj

I don't personally like /3ds/data.

Why?

It makes the most sense for what it's doing, and reduces SD root clutter.

I don't like it.
I prefer keeping certain things at root. That's my preference.
It's not a matter of liking clutter as clutter. I like to keep some things at root. That's all.
