Consider adding gngr browser to Debian official repo #261

Its better from secure installation and availability (since Debian most GNU distro used) is to add gngr to debian official repos.

I want to eventually do it, but I don't think gngr is ready for mass consumption right now. The layout engine needs a massive upgrade.

If we get too many users now, we will be deluded with bug reports and most people will leave disappointed.
