Why is specificity not defined in inspectNthChild method?

Hi,
At the time of authoring this library inspectNthChild was very buggy in many browsers and so we decided to verify with it but not count it's specificity as enough - unless it matches the element.

At the time that made sense, it might be that today this isn't the case anymore.
I am not currently prioritising work on Simmer as it is lower priority than my other projects, but if you feel this is an omittion, I'm happy to consider a PR with changes as long as suitable tests are included.

Cheers
