FIX: Staging/preview PRs are broken on render.com

Description

Deploy environments were broken on render.com due to change on database setup after introducing kamal on #1341. This change will fix it, introducing a new staging environment for such cases. The only downside is that, for now, solid trifecta is not available on render.com setup. This is acceptable and should not be a cause of issues
