The select image icon doesn't appear on the add card page

Problem description

I used Anki in a computer and then changed to another (both with Windows 11) that from installing the program, warned me that this add-on had a problem. There are no new updates to download and when I disable it, the creation of other cards works perfectly. When I try using it, the "select image" icon doesn't appear, despite it not being disabled.
