Chat title

It would be quite useful to have an ability to put specific title to the conversation chat like it is done in Open Web UI. Also maybe display it on the top as a header.

In addition, it would be great to have some structure, like folders, as it is done in Notion and emoji support too 🙂

I totally agree with @olegshulyakov

If we can't organize our chats, at least we should be able to rename them
