リリースのアクション
git バージョンタグを切る部分でユーザーを指定するようにエラーが出る
npmへのリリースはできている

actionの中でsysgdpのアカウント入れてあげる方向で対処できそう？

git config --global user.name "sysgdpのアカウント"
git config --global user.email "[email protected]"
