Update gleam version in Hex Package Manager

Make latest Gleam Available via Hex Package Manager

I’ve been exploring Gleam and am really impressed by its features, especially its strong type system. There is a Gleam 0.1.0 available in Hex, but now that Gleam 1.0 has been released, we should update the Gleam version in Hex. Making the language available in Hex makes it easy to approach and try out for users who already have Elixir or Erlang installed.

I love how npm can be used to install CoffeeScript, Elm, and PureScript among other languages, streamlining the process for developers. Similarly, having Gleam available through Hex would provide a seamless experience for the larger BEAM/Erlang-Elixir community, allowing them to easily experiment with and adopt Gleam in their projects.
