Version 1.0.1

Initial Version 1.0.0 (now deleted):

• Minor changes and corrections in translations
• Minor adjustments in documentation
• Typographic apostrophes instead of typewriter apostrophes
• License header in source files

Due to an mistake during the tests, the committed files were erroneous in Version 1.0.0.
The Version 1.0.1 corrects this problem by:

• replacing wrong licence headers by correct ones
• cleaning useless empty lines
