[DOCS] FACEBOOK_* instead of INSTAGRAM_* env variables #424

It is stated here in the docs, https://docs.postiz.com/providers/instagram, that the app user needs to set

INSTAGRAM_APP_ID="app id"
INSTAGRAM_APP_SECRET="app secret"

In order to activate Instagram features but in the current implementation both Instagram and Facebook use the FACEBOOK_* env variables.
