Problem to solve

Back in #5338 and #5346, prebuild increment has been removed before shipping Teams & Projects. However, it still sounds useful to have this number near each prebuild.

Proposal

Let's add back the prebuild increment next to the branch name on Branches and Prebuilds pages.
