Part of the onboarding flow (internal) after importing a git repository as a project is to guide users through the configuration steps in order to get them into a prebuilt ready-to-code dev environment.

This includes a) configuring .gitpod.yml and .gitpod.Dockerfile for the project, b) triggering a prebuild, and c) allowing users to open a workspace afterwards.
