Add Edit button when we want to Commit

So, when you want to commit (or simply just open .git/COMMIT_EDITMSG), there is a edit button (pencil logo) and when you press it, it gonna open .git/COMMIT_EDITMSG, and a GUI appear. Maybe the GUI is pretty similar to github?

Note : I get this ide from extension called Commit Message Editor
