Well, as the livestream said, "it depends". Not sure, what your expectations and requirements are, but I have to admit that I do not have much experience with vcpkg or other package managers for C/C++. Conan recipes can be either text or Python and are highly customizable in the latter case. Basically you can do deploy/install everything you like and as complex it might be to setup. It also is actively maintained and well documented, integrates with CMake (if you need to use it) or other build tools. You can also call Conan from CMake if that is of use for you. |
