Otávio Gomes is a master's student in Computer Science at the Federal University of Viçosa (UFV). He graduated with a degree in computer science from the same institution and researched the intersection between computing and society. He is currently a researcher in Democracy and Technology at ITS Rio.

Pedro Braga is a doctoral candidate in Systems Engineering and Computer Science at UFRJ, where he explores the intersections of Science, Technology & Society, free software, and participatory design. He holds a Master's degree in History of Science and Technology and Epistemology (HCTE/UFRJ) and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (UFRJ). He is a Law and GovTech Researcher at ITS.
