What is the new or expected behavior?

This is for the article about merging user accounts. A user has a great suggestion to add information about making sure your commits are attributed to the destination account by adding the committer email address from the old account.

It would be a new step, step 4. Something like:

If any commits were made with your email address from the original account, add that address to the remaining account to ensure your contributions are attributed to this account.
