Items should be displayed in a slimline format and expanded/collapsed when clicked. Should also add descriptions to spells/equipment so all details can be viewed on the main sheet.

Item collections can now be collapsed/expanded.
Full update of item styles and layout.
Items are now collapsed by default.
Added common logic handlebars helpers.
Also addresses:

- [#37] Expand/collapse item descriptions by clicking.
- [#38] Add roll button/action to item portraits.

Fixed in v1.0.0. Items can now be expanded/collapsed.
