Paragon Monsters' Max hit points not updated to reflect number of phases #13

When running a Paragon Monster, their max hitpoints should be divided among the phases. However, when creating the monster, the phases don't impact max monster HP at all.

Solo phases were not affecting the total max hp.
Phases now update hp correctly.

Tested and verified in v0.5.4-dev. Closing.
