I think there is a missing dot in line 169:

if (((otherSegment.getPy1()-yi)*(yi-otherSegment.getPy2()) < -0.00001) || ((py1-yi)*(yi-py2) < -000001))

Shouldn't it be -0.00001 in the second expression of the if clause?
