Add Spanish (es-ES) translations to angular-validation.
Add Portuguese (pt-BR) translations to angular-validation.

The Spanish translations will be add by @juanchavezlive (Native Spanish speaker)
The Portuguese translations will be add by @mariomeyrelles (Native Portuguese speaker)
