We want to deploy testnet on cloud

Definition of "Done"

Testnet can be deployed on a cloud automatically

Suggested solution

Use Teraform for automatic deployment

Note that testnet must run at least one archival node for the block-explorer to connect to.

fully depoyed from automation.

all node arhieval. node specialization can be done much later. after tech settles on logging solution.
