Excel found Unreadable content

I have used R44 Listener to create an excel file. When I try to open it in Excel 2010 I get the message:

Excel found unreadable content in 'filename' do you want to recover the contents of this workbook? If you trust the source of this workbook, click Yes.

When I click Yes I get:

Excel was able to open the file by repairing or removing the unreadable content
Removed Records: Cell information from /xl/worksheets/sheet1.xml part

When I view the log file listing repairs I get this:

Can you provide the generated spreadsheet before any repairs and the report files. Thank you.

I am able to open the spreadsheet that you sent with Excel 2016 without any errors being reported. Can you send the 'recovered' spreadsheet that you get when you use Excel 2010. I need to compare the two for differences to see what Excel 2010 is having an issue with. Thank you.

Also, it would be very helpful if you could send me a sample table that contains dummy data that I can use with your report to produce the spreadsheet. I am going to try to use cell merging to be able to get the contents to display better in the output.

You did send the wrong file originally; the second file also reports as corrupted and requiring fix in Excel 2016. Will look into this over the next few days.

I found the cause of this issue. It has to do with overlap of the report objects which is causing my code to place the frx object in the same cell (which causes multiple cell entries in the same cell reference which is not permitted). Excel is correcting the problem by removing the duplicate cell entry. This is caused by the frx object placement being too close (or slightly over) the adjacent object. This is shown in the following screen shot:

On the left side, I repositioned the objects which allowed the xlsx file to be created and opened without errors. Fixing your frx report spacing will fix this issue for the short term. I will look into the code to ensure that the placement of the frx objects into the cells does not overlap.
