Problem

Hi, I'm working on #887 and faced with the problem:

To cover the changes by unit tests it uses the stores/json/test_resources/example.json (as example)

But the file is encrypted with AWS KMS or GPG, where there is no chance to change it to fix the tests.

Questions

• If this GPG at least, used for testing the library is it make sense to add keypair (with private) to the repository, am I right?

• The latest changes in the Contributing were made 3 years ago, and totally outdated, as even IRC chat was disabled.

Otherwise, only maintainers can manage these files and it will prevent people to make any fixes/features regarding the #927.
