Can't Install GitHub Apps for Multiple Organizations #1760
Comments
Sorry you're experiencing pain here. Just to make sure, the first GitHub app and the second GitHub app are different? |
Is there a difference between being able to sign in with github enterprise and being able to link github enterprise to a Sentry organization? |
This issue has gone three weeks without activity. In another week, I will close it. But! If you comment or otherwise update it, I will reset the clock, and if you label it "A weed is but an unloved flower." ― Ella Wheeler Wilcox 🥀 |
@hubertdeng123 @chadwhitacre any updates on this? |
If you try to add Github enterprise through the web ui to the second org, does that work? |
This is what I’ve tried to do many times. |
+1 to what Isaac said, have tried this via just UI but in multi-org mode it doesn't give an error, it just doesn't work. |
Is this related to #1414? 🤔 |

@hubertdeng123 Do you recall why we went with "Waiting for: Community" on this one? |
Oh! I think it was automatic because we already had "Status: Stale." This one seems live still. |
Let me see if we can keep this moving |
Yep, that's accurate. This is definitely is still an issue |
Looking at the comments, it looks like we are waiting on the internal Sentry conversation |
Internal Sentry conversation fizzled out as other priorities kicked in. This would likely be on our plate, but we can't prioritize it either right now. Sorry, not the news you wanted to hear here |
If there’s ever a way to pay for support on the self-hosted stuff, let me know! |
Any movement on this? |
No movement yet here |
