I have the same Problem after moving 2 Drives onto one bigger drive, did you ever found a way to fix it?
My current theory is that the problem isnt Homepage but Jellyfin itself, because Jellystat shows wrong numbers too.

After the latest Jellyfin update, the numbers in the widget are now correct again.
