Blocks with social media classes blocked (not rendered) by adblock plus

For some blocks, i've used the template's social media structure and classes to apply native style to new blocks (a contact button in the social media section of posts items).

The problem is that these blocks disapears when adblock plus is active. (big problem for a simple contact button)

i've found the parameter in adblock that cause this issue : this is a parameter named like "Block social media icons tracking". (in French : Bloquer le tracking par les icônes des médias sociaux).

My question is, how to prevent this behavior/ how to display social media links, if adblock plus is active ?
