[Orders]: Allow admin/cashiers to print receipts from the order list screen

Description of the enhancement:
Currently, there is no way to print receipts again once the Print Receipt window is closed. An admin/cashier needs to place another order to provide a receipt to a customer. The Print Receipt window could be closed by mistake. Making another order only for printing a receipt cannot be a proper solution. So, it would be better if a Print Receipt button could be added with each order row on the order listing page of the admin and cashier.
