Some datetime utils are not accurate:

  • Weekly spending stats starts on Sunday. Should be Monday or let user to choose whether Monday or Sunday.
  • Monthly Budget reports: Wrong timezone. For me, GMT+7, it starts from 7 am of the 1st and ends by 6:59 at of the 1st next month.
