[Function Request] Engine sound when the train is parked

Can we add the engine sound when the train is parked, instead of just the engine sound when moving? This will make the modified sound with the resource pack sound cool.
I created a realistic diesel engine sound, but it feels very strange that there is no sound when the train is parked.
