В коде проекта уже есть Dockerfile. Необходимо выполнить актуализацию инструкций по сборке контейнера для версии 3.1.0 и дополнить README, что бы было максимально понятно как быстро запустить проект.

Так же хотелось бы сборку артефактов (dist) через докер отдельной командой, включая генерацию sitemap и html страниц.
