GTA III crosshair stretched #21

The GTA III crosshair for manual aiming seems to be stretched, unlike the one in Vice City. I use the Widescreen Fixes by ThirteenAG and some other minor HUD texture replacements for both mods. Am I missing something? Does anyone else have this issue?

Edit: Also (maybe as a result?) the crosshair is misaligned when firing guns. It seams that the bullets go to the top edge of the crosshair, not the centre point.

I have found that enabling "Borders" under "Display Setup" seems to fix the crosshair. :)
