Hi,
Recently, while using GEMMA for GWAS, I noticed that the tutorial recommends the BIMBAM format as the preferred genotype file format. I'm curious about why BIMBAM is preferred and what advantages it offers over genotype coding (0, 1, 2).
Sincerely,
Chen S
