When downloading the results, there are two fields I’m interested in and that I can’t see in the available list: “created_by” and “creation_date”. I know that these are not available for the older terms, but they are for all others (as visible in the go-basic.obo file). Does AmiGO store these bits of information and if yes, how can I retrieve them?
If not, I’ll open a separate ticket in the GO helpdesk tracker.
Thanks!

Can GO terms created_by and creation_date info be retrieved from AmiGO?
GO term created_by and creation_date info in AmiGO

Our data schema does not currently capture this from the ontology files, but there is no reason (that I know of) that it can't. This will require a modification of the loader (https://github.com/owlcollab/owltools), as well as an expression in AmiGO.
Hi,
I’m using this query in AmiGO to retrieve GO terms created or modified with support from the ARUK project, i.e. having a dbxref = GOC:aruk:
