Game client crash on dev branch #265

Describe the bug
Almost randomly, the game client will experience a hard crash whilst playing the gamemode. Game server does not crash but sees client timeouts.

Expected behavior
Game client should not crash.

Do you know what version of the gamemode this bug occurred on?

  • Version: 6.0.0; not tested on v5 yet.

Additional info
Unsure if this is a side effect of the recent 64bit update. MM:S ver: 1.11.0-dev+1155, SM ver: 1.12.0.7137.

These crashes might not be caused by the gamemode; similar crashes are being reported on the Source1 issue tracker.

The main difference though is that I am encountering this on Windows 11

Ran more tests today. Found less crashes after cleaning sound.cache files. However, @Mario6493 did still see crashes even after clearing cache files
